Undertakings, the graduates of LLM need to face a wide competition with a large
number of other candidates by appearing for examinations like UPSC, PSC, SSC,
etc. On successful cracking of the exams, they may be recruited in areas like
Judiciary, Regulatory Bodies, Legal Consultancies, Sales Tax and Excise
Departments, etc.If a student is willing to opt for further studies and not job
opportunities then he/she
has many options laid before them. Students aspiring to pursue higher studies

Eligibility

Candidates
must possess an LLB degree or an equivalent degree from any recognised
university.
·
The
candidates must have obtained a certain minimum percentage of marks in their
graduation.
·
The
applicants will have to clear the cut- off set for the entrance exam. It must
be noted that the cut-offs tend to vary each year depending upon several
factors.
·
The
candidates are also required to perform well in the personal interview and
group discussions which are meant to test their knowledge of the subject. It
usually takes place after the entrance examination.

Minimum
50% marks in LLB or equivalent degree from a recognised university. Marks
obtained in the entrance exams conducted at national or state level.

Admission Process
The admission to the
course of LLM Corporate Law is based on both entrance tests as well as
merit-based selection which depends upon the marks secured by the candidate at
the undergraduate level. However, this procedure varies between different
colleges.
Admission
forms for the respective course are released by the end of July or first week
of August which can be filled by the students either through an online or
offline mode.The students will be allowed in the entrance exam and the
admission process of any college only if they fulfil the eligibility criteria.

aspiring candidates need to register themselves on the official website wherein
they are needed to provide their email id, contact number and password.

Fill
in the online application form provided.
·
The
candidates need to appear for the exam on the given dates only. Please note,
the admit cards are usually generated before 2 weeks of the commencement of the
examination. The admit cards are generally sent via email.
·
Results
are announced as per the marks obtained by the student in the exam as well as
the institute’s cut-offs, seats, etc. Later on, the seats are allocated
accordingly.
· The candidates who have managed to qualify the entrance exams are then tested upon their knowledge through personal interviews and group discussions conducted by the respective colleges.

admissions to LLM Corporate Law are done on the basis of the performance of the
candidate in the entrance examination. The entrance tests are mostly held
in the months of March to July every year. However, most examinations have
either been postponed or cancelled this year due to the ongoing COVID - 19
crisis.
