Management Studies is a 3 years full time doctorate course which is divided
into 6 semesters. This programme provides candidates with a foundation in human
resource management and organizational behaviour. This course allows students
to obtain skills and knowledge for getting good positions in wide range of
organizations. In this course, they equip students to understand how they have
to manage in organizations, how organizations work and how they should interact
with local and national organizations.
The
candidates can pursue this course after the PG courses in various management
studies. The criteria for this course across all the colleges and universities
are different. Most of the colleges have 60% and above marks for eligibility
for this course, some colleges also admit students with 50% and above marks.

Eligibility
for Ph.D. in Management Studies
Students
should obtain their master’s degree in management studies with more than 60% of
marks or an equivalent marks in the recognized institute. Lateral entry
students should have one or two years of experience in this field.
