Al
Shifa College of Paramedical Sciences, an ISO 900 institution is approved by
the Government of Kerala affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences
(KUH Diploma courses are approved by the Directorate of M Education (DME),
Government of Kerala. This college is one of the premier higher educational
institutions imparting holistic education for the youth sprawling campus is
situated in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram District. The ambience and salubrious
climate provide conducive atmosphere for the students in pursuit of knowledge. The
college started functioning in 2004 with a view to quality professionals
and excels in the field paramedical degree and diploma programmes as well
as in many more upcoming based on scientific principles, so as to meet the
increasing needs of the country. The courses have been designed with a focus
for health individuals to develop the career in paramedical science. The laboratories
are as per the latest standard prevailing in the state. A team of highly
dedicated and resourceful teaching faculty supported by a devoted band of
technical staff and other non-t staff facilitates the entire learning exercise
to be a pleasant and successful experience. Besides infrastructure, we are
equipped with sophisticated laboratories, well stacked library, spacious class
rooms, convenient furniture and
well-furnished hostels for the students The college has its own parent
hospital, KIMS Al- Shifa Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., NABH accredited tertiary level
650 bedded referral hospital in
Perinthalmanna where the students shall be mainly provided with practical and
clinical experience.
