The Velankanni
Matha College of Nursing affiliated to Kerala University of Health
Sciences, offers degree course in nursing (B. Sc. Nursing) belongs to
Velankanni Matha Hospitals (PVT.) Ltd Company. The college came into Existence
in the year 2012 by upgrading School of Nursing to College of Nursing. It was
born out of the concept of its founders dream to create a hub of quality
medical education.
This
noble Endeavour was undertaken with an unfaltering conviction that nursing
education will boost the career prospects of our students and will empower them
with self esteem, self reliance, social acceptance and economic freedom, while
catering to the ever growing needs for qualified personnel by national and
international healthcare providers.
Recognizing
the shortage of adequately qualified and trained nursing personnel and
overwhelming demand for them within the country and abroad, Velankanni Matha
College of Nursing has endeavored to serve as a premier institution to provide
nursing degree keeping pace with increasing versatility of this noble
profession.

Objectives
