Overview
It is an undergraduate
Company Law course. In this course, the students are introduced to various
aspects of corporation in detail. The corporate secretary ship is an act of
running the company's administration with regard to ensuring compliance with
statutory and regulatory requirements and to ensure that the decision of the
Board of Directors are implemented. The main aim of the program is to build a
strong foundation relating to the functioning of corporate undertakings. Due to
the growing popularity, this course has gained popularity among the aspiring
students. This course will facilitate the learners to obtain lucrative career
option in corporate sector.
Eligibility
The minimum eligibility
criterion for pursuing B.A Corporate Secretary is a pass certificate in Higher
Secondary Examination or 10+2 from a recognized college or university.
The age of the candidate should not exceed 17 years at the time of admission to
this course.
The duration of B.A Corporate Secretary Course is about 3 years.
Admission Process
A
few institutes also conduct entrance exams for admission to the course. The
general procedure for admission to the course is merit-based. The merit is
obtained by the candidate at the 10+2 level with an aggregate of 55%.
