Alliance University is a Bangalore-based private university. Established back in the 1990s by
Alliance Group of Institutions as a management college, the college became a university in
2010 by an act of Karnataka legislature. Their engineering wing is called Alliance College of
Engineering and Design.
The university has a campus on the outskirts of Bangalore that has departments for
management, arts, commerce, engineering, and law.
All admissions to Alliance University are through marks in JEE (Main), JEE (Advanced),
Karnataka CET, COMED-K, Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET), and other
approved engineering entrance examinations.
