RV University Bangalore Admission Criteria
For UG programmes, candidates need to qualify 10+2 from any streams
For PG programmes:
Those who have passed bachelors or masters through correspondence / Open University system from this university or from any other university are deemed to be eligible.
Admission will be made through entrance test conducted by appropriate body as approved by Government of Karnataka and State Level Counseling.
For M. Des applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Design or in any stream from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
They should have qualified the entrance examination to enroll in the design courses.
For MA Economics, candidates must clear BA economics from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
For RV University Bangalore Online Admission candidates are required to fill the form online and submit it. The admission department will then contact them for further process. Before filling the form candidates must follow the eligibility criteria for their respective subjects. Admission is now open for 2021-2022 sessions.
Admission is provided in UG, PG courses to those whose strengths, values and interests matches with that of the college. Because the university believes in inclusivity in education, therefore it is a remarkably diverse community, drawing students from different cultures, etc.

The placement cell plays an important role in bringing job opportunities to the graduating students.
They act as an interface between industries and the institute so that they can have an idea of what the industry expects from the students.
They are operating round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates.
The cell mentors students in professionalism, presentation techniques, group discussions, and new technology trends.
It believes in providing complete training to the students so that they can face the challenges of the demanding job market and can build a successful career for themselves.

Internship
Internship help students in building strong practical skills by implementing theoretical knowledge gained during academic programmes of curriculum. Students taking up projects will be working under the guidance of the subject related professor. This is a four-week project and after the end the project report is to be submitted for evaluation.
Selection Procedure
Through mails the placement cell notifies about the availability of projects to interns.
Interested students have to go through a preliminary interview.
Students are later offered official letters from the companies to proceed with their assigned work.
